Key Result Areas:
· Responsible for business development by developing new dealer network, maturing existing dealers, penetrating new projects market, developing network with contractors, builders, architects and govt. agencies to ensure that assignment targets of volume, value and margin with prescribed time are achieved.
· Responsible for managing dealers as per given SOP by the company to ensure that primary sales targets, secondary sales support, technical services and training as well as updated information on system is achieved for strong business control and superior customer services.
· Execution of sales policies, company rules & regulations and marketing activities in assigned territory to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.
· Have a strong follow-up on collection as per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remains in healthy limits.
· Regularly update the company information by following set perimeters of company’s ERP to ensure that required information is accurate all the times for decision making.
Main Tasks:
· Regular visits to dealers / builders/ building material suppliers
· Dealers management i.e. direct and through Sales Executive
· Take order and collection from dealers
· Ensure DSO targets are achieved being a bridge between dealers and company
· Market visits to explore new dealers and gain market awareness / intelligence
· Periodic / Adhoc Reporting
· Coordinate with Supply Chain / Finance / Lab to resolve dealers issues
· Conduct Sales Promoters / Sales Executives / Dealers trainings
· Ledgers / Accounts Reconciliation
· Arrange Painters Training / Architects Seminars
· Help build company’s premium brand image for all its customers
Salary & Benefits:
50k – 60k per month along-with other excellent company & field based reimbursable benefits.
